On October 18, 2019, at 12:00 PM, the official opening of the Pomeranian Medical University's Center for Test Examinations in Szczecin took place.

The PUM Center for Test Examinations is the first such center in the region and one of only a few in Poland. During its development, the experience of our colleagues from Poznań, the Center for Innovative Educational Techniques at the Medical University, proved extremely helpful.

Immediately after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Professor Bogusław Machaliński, Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University, spoke: "We are opening a wonderful facility where our students will be able to perfectly prepare for their professions."

The CET can accommodate 67 examinees at a time – it is a modern facility offering a wide range of services. This is where PUM students will take various exams, including the diploma exam required to obtain the full license to practice – the Final Medical Examination and the Final Medical-Dental Examination.

During the opening ceremony, the first test was also conducted, with about a dozen people volunteering to take part.
