Computer-based Examination is a form of test Examination conducted on the LMS Moodle Examination platform. The Examiner prepares a set of test questions, which are placed on the platform by a TEC employee. Upon arrival at the Examination, students log in and solve the test on the computer. The parameters of the test (the number of questions, the type of questions and the time Students have for the test are decided by the Manager of the unit organising the Examination). Once the test is completed, the result of the approach is visible to both the Student and the lecturer.
The room for the Examination is booked by filling in the form available at
https://cet.pum.edu.pl/en/forms/booking-an-appointment. Please check the booking calendar first to determine room availability. After filling in the form, it is sent directly from the website, which is automatically sent to TEC. The Centre then contacts the Examination leader to clarify all the details, which confirms the booking and completes the room reservation process. Finally, the booking is placed on the calendar on the TEC website.
Every Student has an automatically created account in the ProAkademia system and is assigned to an Examination platform on this basis. It is not necessary to fill in additional forms to access this platform.
In order for the mind to work efficiently and to reconcile the heat emitted from the computers, the room temperature is maintained at around 21oC. Please take this into account when choosing your outfit for examination day.
In the event of a failed login to the password, it is possible to retrieve your access password using the email address assigned to your account. If this attempt fails, please contact TEC directly via the contact form on the Centre’s website or by e-mail.
In the event that a student does not see the examination assigned to them 24 hours prior the examination, they should contact the appropriate Faculty Office in order to explain the reason. The Test Examination Centre shall add persons to the Examination solely at the request of the Examiner or the Faculty Office.
A contact form is available at the Centre’s website at https://cet.pum.edu.pl/en/contact Any questions related to the activities of the Test Examination Centre can be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com.
